  • Contact and order details you give us: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, company name and tax details where relevant.
  • Order history and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Account details if you register: username and an encrypted password.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data.
  • Anything you send us by message, email or phone.

2. Why we use it

  • To take, confirm, deliver and invoice your order — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To provide warranty support and handle returns.
  • To answer your enquiries.
  • To keep accounting and tax records, which we are legally required to do.
  • To improve the website and understand how it is used.

3. Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart and login session working, and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not work correctly without the essential ones.

4. Who we share data with

We share only what is needed, and only with: our payment provider, so your payment can be processed; couriers and delivery partners, so your order can be delivered; our accountants and, where the law requires it, state authorities; and the service providers who host and maintain this website. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

7. Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
