The wood-fired oven is equipped with a ceramic (mullite) housing so that the high temperature is well maintained. Thanks to the thermometer on the front, you can see at a glance whether the pizza oven has already reached the correct temperature. The pizza oven is equipped with a metal firebox for charcoal and a pizza stone. In this pizza oven, the pizza is provided with a crispy bottom while the ingredients on the pizza remain juicy.
